Group Executive Office is the decision making body that defines and directs the business endeavors of the Earthstone Group.

The Group Executive Office (GEO) defines and reviews the business activities of the Earthstone Group and is involved in implementing programmes in the areas of corporate governance, human resources, new business area development, environment etc. The main objective of the GEO is to make the Earthstone Group more synergistic; and it does this by strengthening the relationship between the Group and its companies.

The GEO creates a shared understanding of the Earthstone Group's current activities, its strengths and its weaknesses. It then addresses the most strategic issues facing the company. Apart from this, the GEO reviews business portfolio of the Group and of clustered companies in several business sectors.

The GEO assesses what unique value a certain company adds to a particular venture and conversely what unique value the group can bring to that company.
