Earthstone Resources FZC


Earthstone Resources FZC is a UAE registered company and acts as a trading company for mines and minerals sector in Indonesia.

 

PT Earthstone Resources

 

PT Earthstone Resources is the Indonesian arm of Earthstone Resources FZC and is involved in the business of mining contract. Earthstone Resources FZC has acquired 100% economic interest and mining contracting rights from PT Maja Sentana Express and PT Putra Sarko Mining for coal, iron ore, lead ore and manganese ore mining in Indonesia.


Earthstone Resources FZC has also entered into an agreement with PT Maja Sentana Express to jointly develop and acquire new exploration assets exclusively in Indonesia. The company through its wholly owned subsidiary in Indonesia will fund all the expenses including initial exploration, drilling and mine development including working capital.

 

Earthstone Uranium FZE 

 

Earthstone Uranium FZE is a UAE registered company and acts as a group holding firm for the group's uranium business in the African subcontinent. His Highness Shaikh Rakat of United Arab Emirates owns significant interest in this venture.
