Earthstone is involved in development of coal tenements in Indonesia. Exploration is under progress for a thermal coal concession in Meulaboh, West Aceh, Indonesia. The tenement is spread over 2,560 Ha and has estimated coal reserves of 100 million tons. It offers high quality coal of 4500+ CV.

Integrated Coal Mining limited, a RPG Group company from India has entered into an agreement with MSE Earthstone Resources FZC to jointly explore this tenement. RPG Group has an option to acquire up to 51% economic interest of the tenement subject to satisfactory exploration of the mine.

Initial reconnaissance studies to identify outcrops, determine characteristics of the coal seam, collect samples and to determine the logistics have been conducted and results conclude immense potential for exploring high quality thermal coal.
